- Same-day processing: Available for orders placed before 12 PM on business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

- Nairobi CBD: 1-2 business days
- Nairobi Metropolitan Area: 2-3 business days
- Major Cities (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru): 3-5 business days
