How can i cancel or change my order?

Go to

My Account >> Orders >> Single Order >> Cancel

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been delivered ,or simple send a cancellation email including the order number and we will cancel it for you to  [email protected]

How can i return a product?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

You can send the item you consider defective by contact us or visiting us in our warehouse with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

What shipping methods are available?

Within Nairobi and it’s environment we use our transport but elsewhere we Wells Fargo transportation services that offer door to door delivery

Do you provide any warranty?

Warranty information is product based.(Different products have different warrants)
